I love this year's UK Turner Prize winner's gold-leafed wall. Like a Rorschach ink blot Wright's symetricall damask-like pattern invites you to see things in its gold lacey pattern. The shimmering piece fills one wall of an other-wise empty room. Sadly, in true gaffiti fashion, when the exhibition is over it cannot be sold, collected for posterity. It will be buried under a coat of white paint. Sigh.......
